Pikachu Gijinka Dress-up

i made this today, i'm still working on it but i feel like submiting it now ^-^ i'll just change the file when i make an update. i might change the prev image too.

i wanted to make a gijinka dressup so i chose pikachu for it as it's one of the most well known pokemon.
